Scope
These terms govern the Daily Taoism app and dailytaoism.com, provided by DISCURSIA, 58 rue de Monceau, CS 48756, 75008 Paris, France, SIREN 102 631 454. They apply alongside the purchase conditions shown at checkout and any applicable App Store licence. Contact us for assistance.
The service
Daily Taoism provides readings, guided meditations, breathing tools, writing exercises and guided paths. New content is added regularly. Some features are free; others require Premium. The current offer and technical requirements are described in the app and its App Store listing.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use another person’s account, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Contact us if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
Premium and payment
Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store. The price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial conditions are displayed before you confirm. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless cancelled under the conditions shown by Apple. Manage or cancel it through your Apple subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Daily Taoism account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. This does not limit statutory rights against the responsible supplier, including rights concerning defective digital content or services. Where a withdrawal right applies, it remains available unless the legal conditions for its expiry have been met, including any required express consent and acknowledgement. These terms do not themselves waive that right.
Content access
A daily practice is available while its date remains in the calendar window. Saved writings and reflections are separate from the original exercise. Premium access lasts for the applicable subscription period. Content changes will respect purchased rights and any notice, remedy or cancellation rights required by law.
Intellectual property
App texts, recordings, images and software are protected by intellectual property rights. Your access permits personal use through the service. Redistribution or commercial use requires permission, except where the law provides otherwise.
Your writing
You retain ownership of your original writing. You authorise DISCURSIA and its service providers to store, process and display it as necessary to provide the features you request. This permission does not grant the right to publish your entries as marketing material.
Availability and responsibility
Access can be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions or technical faults. We remain responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer guarantees.
Wellbeing
Daily Taoism provides educational and wellbeing content, not medical diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace professional care.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in Account settings or contact us if you cannot access the app. Account deletion removes your saved content and starts deletion of your RevenueCat customer profile, as described in our Privacy policy. It does not cancel an Apple subscription. Serious misuse may lead to a proportionate restriction of access, with notice and an opportunity to respond where appropriate and legally required. Statutory refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected.

Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence where they apply. You retain any right to bring a claim before the courts available to you under applicable law; these terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction in France. Contact us first if you have a complaint. Your right to use an applicable consumer mediation or dispute-resolution process remains unaffected.
Changes to these terms
Changes will be communicated as required by law. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will respect applicable notice and termination rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
